Step into the left seat of our Learjet fleet as a Captain delivering safe, efficient, and high‑touch operations. You’ll lead every phase of flight, adapt to dynamic schedules, and uphold a strong safety culture while representing the brand with professionalism.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total Time: 3,000 hours
• Jet Time: 500 hours
• Certificate: ATP (FAA)
• Medical: First Class
• Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
• Availability: Must be able to work on an on‑call basis
• Work Authorization: No visa sponsorship provided; must be authorized to work in the U.S.

🌟 Preferred qualifications

• Experience in the Learjet 55
• Typed and current in the Learjet 55
• Part 135 experience

📋 What you’ll do

• Serve as Pilot in Command for LR‑JET missions under company manuals and applicable regulations (Part 91/135 as assigned).
• Own all phases of flight: planning, performance calculations, briefings, fueling oversight, and post‑flight.
• Exercise decisive command authority while maintaining a collaborative cockpit and strong CRM.
• Manage dynamic, on‑call schedules; respond rapidly to trip changes and short‑notice launches.
• Deliver a polished passenger experience with discretion and professionalism.
• Champion a just culture of safety, SOP adherence, and meticulous aircraft care.

🎓 Training provided

We invest in your transition: company-provided Learjet type training and onboarding to our SOPs, safety systems, and operational standards.

🕒 Schedule & operations

• On‑Call: Irregular duty periods with short‑notice dispatches
• Travel: Domestic and/or international as assigned
• Flexibility: Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required
