Lead from the left seat and shape the standard of safety, service, and performance across international missions. As the Lead Captain on our Learjet 75 based in Dorval, you’ll command every phase of flight while mentoring crew, delighting clients, and representing Skyservice’s commitment to operational excellence.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Lead the aircraft and crew through all phases of international flight.
  • Ensure safe, efficient operation from takeoff to landing, upholding the highest safety standards for passengers and crew.
  • Execute all duties in strict accordance with the Company Operations Manual and applicable regulations.
  • Champion a premium, client-first service experience on every mission.
  • Support team collaboration and take on additional responsibilities that advance operational excellence.

  • Proven track record as a highly experienced Captain with strong decision-making and leadership.
  • Calm, effective performance under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and polished professional presence.
  • Flexibility to work dynamic schedules and ability to travel without restriction.

🧮 Minimum flight experience

  • Total time: 2,500+ hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000+ hours
  • Jet time: 500+ hours

📜 Certifications & requirements

  • Valid Canadian ATPL and Class 1 Medical.
  • LR45 type rating (Learjet 75 experience is a strong asset).
  • Meets ICAO eligibility for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
  • International flying experience preferred.
