✈️ The opportunity

Command a meticulously maintained Learjet 75 based at Dorval (Montreal), flying international owner and charter missions. As the dedicated Captain, you’ll be the trusted ambassador between the owner‑client and Starlink Aviation—delivering safe, seamless journeys and complete peace of mind while upholding the highest standards of airmanship and service.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Plan, brief, execute, and command domestic and international flights in full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the ambassador between the owner client and the operator, aligning mission objectives and safeguarding the interests of all stakeholders.
  • Maintain aircraft readiness by keeping manuals, checklists, and onboard documentation current and compliant.
  • Collaborate closely with Starlink Aviation’s operations, dispatch, and maintenance teams to ensure reliable schedules and exceptional passenger experience.
  • Exercise sound judgment in weather, routing, performance, and international procedures; proactively manage operational risk.
  • Lead with a strong safety culture and CRM, modeling professionalism and clear communication with ATC and ground teams worldwide.

🧰 What you bring

  • Must‑haves
    • Canadian citizenship.
    • Transport Canada Category 1 Medical Certificate.
    • Eligibility for a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
    • Bilingual in French and English—required to ensure precise communication with ATC and ground teams internationally and to meet legal/regulatory documentation and communication requirements for international operations.
    • Canadian ATPL with a valid Instrument Rating.
    • Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
    • International flight experience.
    • Business jet experience (Learjet or similar).
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, leadership, flexibility, and a safety‑focused professional record.
  • Nice‑to‑haves
    • Learjet 75 type rating.
    • Medical evacuation (medevac) experience.

No minimum PIC, turbine, or multi‑engine hour thresholds are stated.
