Lead the Flight Deck of a Learjet 75 with Starlink Aviation
Starlink Aviation is seeking a seasoned Captain to operate a Learjet 75 dedicated to an owner-client for charter and private missions. Based in Dorval (Montreal), you will be the operational linchpin between the owner-client and the operator—delivering safe, seamless international flights and an exceptional, personalized experience.
✈️ Role overview
As Captain, you will plan and execute international operations, uphold the highest safety standards, and collaborate closely with Starlink Aviation to refine aircraft manuals, SOPs, and checklists. You will represent the operator to the owner-client with professionalism and discretion, ensuring stakeholder interests are balanced while achieving the client’s flight objectives.
🧭 Key responsibilities
- Plan, brief, and conduct international flights with uncompromising safety and compliance.
- Manage flight performance, fuel, routing, alternates, and risk assessments for diverse global operations.
- Maintain and update aircraft manuals, SOPs, and checklists in collaboration with Starlink Aviation.
- Act as an ambassador between the owner-client and operator, aligning service delivery with mission and schedule objectives.
- Ensure all documentation, training currency, and regulatory requirements (Transport Canada and international) are met.
- Foster a positive, safety-first cockpit culture and strong crew communications.
🧰 Qualifications
- Citizenship: Canadian citizen.
- Medical: Transport Canada Class 1 medical certificate.
- Clearance: Eligible for a RAIC.
- Licence: Canadian ATPL with valid instrument rating (ICAO-compliant).
- Experience: Minimum 3,000 total flight hours.
- International operations: Proven experience.
- Medevac: Experience is an asset.
- Business jets: Experience on Learjet or similar business jets.
- Type rating: Learjet 75 type rating is an asset.
- Languages: Bilingual French & English for ATC/ground communications and regulatory compliance.
- Core strengths: Excellent interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, leadership, flexibility, and a strong safety-oriented track record.
License required: ATPL (ICAO-compliant)
