We are recruiting ambitious First Officers to join our in‑country Draken fleet as we introduce a Learjet 60XR permanently based in Saudi Arabia. Learjet flying has already commenced in the UK, creating a rare opportunity to shape the future of our airborne operations from the ground up. The Saudi‑based aircraft will deliver critical mission support and is evolving toward a cutting‑edge electronic warfare platform.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate the Learjet 60XR in mission support roles within a dynamic, safety‑first operation.
  • Help shape procedures, standardization, and flight operations as the capability stands up in‑country.
  • Work closely with UK‑ and Saudi‑based teams to bring the platform to full operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain rigorous compliance with company policies and applicable aviation regulations.
  • Champion a just culture, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Total time: 500 hours minimum
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided
  • Preferred time: Jet experience highly desirable
  • Licence: Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
  • Accepted licences: UK CAA only
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Security clearance: Ability to gain and maintain UK MOD Security Clearances (nationality restrictions apply)
