🧭 Your mission

Partner with the Captain to execute safe, efficient Learjet 45 flights across domestic and international routes. Apply disciplined SOPs, sound judgment, and excellent CRM to deliver a smooth operation from preflight to postflight.

🧰 What you’ll bring

Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations and flight operations procedures.
Proficiency in CRM and flight management systems.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills; proven ability to operate effectively as part of a team.
Ability to report to the departure airport within 60 minutes for charter flight assignments.
Valid passport and willingness to travel for extended periods as required by the flight schedule.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

Total time: 500 hours (we welcome candidates with 500–2,500 total flight hours)
Multi-engine: 100 hours
Type rating: Learjet 45 (LR-45) required
License: CPL, IR, ME — FAA
Medical: Class 1
