✈️ The opportunity
As Captain on the LR‑45, you’ll lead multi-crew jet operations with unwavering professionalism. You’ll champion a strong safety culture, elevate the customer experience, and ensure full regulatory compliance—with the support of comprehensive training and a collaborative team.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command of the Learjet 45, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and airmanship on every leg.
- Plan and execute flights: performance, weight and balance, fuel, alternates, weather, and NOTAMs—with clear, thorough crew briefings.
- Lead a multi-pilot crew using strong CRM, decisive leadership, and SOP adherence in normal and abnormal operations.
- Maintain and disclose pilot training history accurately in accordance with FAA PRD regulations.
- Deliver a guest-focused experience while safeguarding operational integrity and schedule reliability.
- Complete reports and digital documentation using Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- 2,500+ hours total time (not including simulator and/or Flight Engineer time)
- 1,000 hours PIC
- 1,000 hours multi-engine
- 500 hours jet
- 500 hours multi-pilot
📜 Certificates, eligibility, and compliance
- FAA ATP certificate
- Valid FAA First Class Medical
- Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Valid passport; able to travel unrestricted to and from the United States
- Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Actively flying two of the past five years
- English proficiency: ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
- Must pass a TSA-required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check
🌟 Preferred experience
- Lear 45 type rating
- Lear 45 Captain experience
- Previous U.S. Part 135 or Part 121 experience
