• Plan and execute flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards
• Lead the crew with strong CRM, mentorship, and clear communication
• Oversee performance, fuel, weather, and alternates for every sector
• Champion safety and SMS culture while maintaining impeccable airmanship
• Represent the brand with a customer‑first approach and polished service

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total Time: 2,500 hours
• Jet Time: 500 hours
• In‑Type (Learjet 45/LR‑45): 100 hours
• Type Rating: Learjet 45 (required)
• License Required: ATPL
• Accepted Licenses: ANAC (Brazil)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4

• Passport valid for more than 6 months
• Valid U.S. B1/B2 visa; C‑1/D visa is a plus
• Full availability for travel and relocation
• Type‑rated and current on the Learjet 45
