Join a safety-first, service-driven flight department and lead Learjet 45 series missions across North America and beyond. As Captain, you will set the standard for professionalism, precision, and passenger care while operating a dynamic schedule in business aviation.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on Learjet 45 series flights, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional passenger experience.
- Lead comprehensive flight planning: performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, weather, NOTAMs, alternates, and international procedures.
- Execute SOPs, checklist discipline, and risk management in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.
- Demonstrate strong CRM/ADM, mentoring and coordinating effectively with the crew and ground teams.
- Uphold meticulous standards for aircraft security, cleanliness, and readiness at every stage of flight.
- Represent the operation with professionalism while traveling throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, and additional destinations served.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Current FAA ATP and First Class Medical.
- Type-rated; prior Learjet 40/45 experience preferred.
- Prior Part 135 experience preferred.
- Valid passport with no restrictions for travel to the United States, Mexico, Canada, and any other destination served.
- Eligible for CANPASS.
- Ability to pass a 10-year CHRC background check, plus pre-employment and random drug screening.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- No travel prohibitions.
- Reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Oklahoma City area, or live within two hours of a major airport.
