ATR 42 Captain – SKY express (Athens, Greece)

SKY express is seeking experienced ATR Captains to join our Athens-based team. In this role, you will set the tone for safety and professionalism, lead the flight crew with clarity and confidence, and represent SKY express as an ambassador of our customer-centric values on every flight.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Lead the flight deck, ensuring uncompromising safety and compliance with company SOPs and regulations.
• Plan and execute flights end-to-end: performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and operational decisions.
• Mentor and brief the crew, fostering open communication and effective Crew Resource Management.
• Deliver a warm, professional passenger experience aligned with SKY express service standards.
• Coordinate seamlessly with OCC, ground operations, and maintenance to maintain on-time performance.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 3,000 hours
• PIC on type: 500 hours (ATR 42)
• Type rating: ATR 42
• Currency: Last flight on type within the previous 12 months
• License: ATPL
• Accepted licenses: EASA
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

📄 Additional requirements

• No-incident/accident certificate issued by the authority or previous employer
• No criminal record
• IT literate
• Visa sponsorship not provided; you must have the right to live and work in Greece
