Lead Fixed‑Wing Captain (Part 91/135), Corporate Aviation

✈️ The Opportunity

As a Lead Fixed‑Wing Captain, you will conduct uncompromisingly safe Part 91/135 operations, prepare and review flight plans, verify performance data, and assess flight risks for each leg. You’ll support pilot/cabin scheduling, compliance, and aircraft service standards while serving as a visible champion for safety, professionalism, and customer care across our Aviation Department.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Act as PIC for domestic and international flights, ensuring full compliance with FARs and ICAO standards.
• Prepare/review flight plans, performance calculations, fuel requirements, alternates, and weather/NOTAMs.
• Complete and mitigate Flight Risk Assessments for each leg; proactively manage operational risk.
• Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS): identify hazards, report concerns, and support corrective actions.
• Support aircraft operations and maintenance coordination, including maintenance test flights as required.
• Assist with pilot and cabin‑attendant scheduling; uphold operational, service, and maintenance standards.
• Deliver polished, discreet, and professional service to passengers and stakeholders.
• Maintain impeccable appearance and conduct; communicate clearly, calmly, and respectfully in all situations.
• Comply with directives from the Seminole Hard Rock Aviation Team; complete required simulator and aircraft training.
• Uphold company mission and values, including responsible gaming and alcohol service protocols; report ethics concerns as appropriate.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Certificates: ATP (unrestricted), valid First‑Class Medical, valid FCC Radio Telephone Operator’s Permit, valid passport.
• Experience: 3,000+ total fixed‑wing hours; 1,500+ PIC hours; 1,000+ jet hours. G280 or G550 type rating advantageous.
• Standards: Accident‑free history, clean FAA record, no pending investigations.
• Part 135: Able to pass 135 check ride and maintain 135 PIC currency.
• Technology: Proficient with Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel and electronic flight bag/tablet workflows.
• Readiness: On‑call availability with a 2‑hour call‑out; able to prepare for a flight at a moment’s notice.
• Location: Primary residence within a one‑hour drive of FLL or willingness to relocate.
• Compliance: Ability to pass background checks, pre‑employment drug screen, and participate in the FAA DOT drug and alcohol program; eligible for unrestricted international ops under Parts 91 and 135.
• Professionalism: Exemplary judgment, discretion, and teamwork in high‑tempo environments.

📍 Location & Schedule

Position is based from the Aviation Building in the United States, with the expectation of living within a one‑hour drive of FLL or relocating. Schedule is on‑call with a two‑hour call‑out, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and days. Travel includes domestic U.S. and international destinations.
