✈️ Role Overview

As Lead Captain / PIC, you will command the Falcon 7X, delivering safe, efficient, and customer-centric flights while leading the crew, mentoring first officers, and exemplifying the highest operational and safety standards across global missions.

📍 Base & Roster

• Location: Dubai, UAE (DXB)
• Schedule: Rotational assignment
• Travel: Worldwide operations

🧰 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as PIC and mission lead on Falcon 7X/8X operations, ensuring uncompromising safety and service.
• Plan and execute flights, including performance, W&B, fuel, weather/NOTAMs, flight planning, and alternates.
• Uphold and enforce company SOPs, SMS, and CRM best practices; complete safety and compliance reporting.
• Lead and mentor flight crew; collaborate with cabin crew, dispatch, and ground teams for seamless operations.
• Represent ExecuJet with professionalism and discretion to high-profile clients.
• Maintain training currency, recency, and documentation in line with regulatory and company standards.
• Demonstrate proactive decision-making in dynamic environments and under time pressure.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

• Total time: 4,000+ hours
• PIC time: 1,000+ hours
• Jet time: 2,000+ hours
• In type: 50+ hours on Falcon 7X/8X
• License: Valid ATPL (ICAO)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: Current Dassault Falcon 7X (8X welcome) — Required
• Background: Corporate/Business Aviation

• Systems: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
