Bring your impeccable safety record, leadership, and precision flying to a high-caliber corporate flight environment. As our Phenom 300 Lead Captain, you will set the standard for airmanship, reliability, and customer care on demanding domestic and international missions.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Lead safe, efficient Phenom 300 operations, exercising full PIC authority and judgment.
- Plan, brief, and execute domestic and international missions in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Apply Safety Management System (SMS) principles: identify hazards, manage risk, and champion a just culture.
- Ensure compliance with international procedures and ICAO differences.
- Model exceptional professionalism, reliability, and customer service on every leg.
- Oversee performance planning, weight and balance, fuel strategy, weather/NOTAM review, and alternates.
- Coordinate with maintenance/operations to verify airworthiness, documentation, and dispatch readiness.
- Support standardization and mentorship; candidates with Check Airman/Instructor experience are highly valued.
- Manage passport/immigration requirements and security protocols for international travel.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 8,000 hours
- Multi-engine: 6,000 hours
- Type rating: Required
- Flight time notes: Type ratings in two or more aircraft; experience as a Check Airman or Instructor Pilot
- License required: ATP
- Accepted licenses: FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Valid passport
- Flawless safety record with no history of FAA enforcement
- Exceptionally dependable and punctual
- Willing to relocate within an 80-mile radius of Salisbury, MD
- Experience and working knowledge of SMS
- Knowledge of international operations and ICAO differences

- ATP Certificate Multi-Engine
- Embraer Phenom 300 type rating
- Corporate flight experience
