Lead Captain — Challenger 600 (Type-Rated)

✈️ The Opportunity

As the Lead Captain on a Challenger CL-600, you will fly the line while leading day-to-day flight department coordination for the account. You’ll be the primary conduit between the account and Clay Lacy Aviation stakeholders, safeguarding safety, compliance, communication, and culture across every trip.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Serve as the central point of contact between the account and Clay Lacy Aviation teams, including the ACM, DOM, Director of Training, ACP, and Trip Support Specialists.
• Ensure crew compliance with all applicable regulations, company directives, and SOPs.
• Assist with planning and coordinating training events for crewmembers.
• Review and validate expense reports and invoices for accuracy and policy alignment.
• Assist in managing crewmember schedules to meet operational needs and service standards.
• Foster strong working relationships and champion CLA culture and ideals within the flight department.
• Deliver a premium, customer-centric experience on every mission.

• Total Time: 3,500 hours
• PIC: 2,000 hours
• Turbine: 1,000 hours
• Type Rating: Required (Challenger CL-600)
• License: ATP — FAA
• Medical: Class 1
