• Support the Captain through all phases of flight with disciplined checklist use and strong CRM.
• Assist with flight planning, weather and NOTAM review, performance, and weight and balance.
• Operate to SOPs, maintaining safety, compliance, and on‑time performance.
• Contribute to a professional cockpit culture and proactive risk management.

🧰 What you bring

• Minimum total time: 1000 hours.
• Current CASA CPL with IR and ME.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Valid Class 1 medical.
• Unrestricted right to work in the country of employment; visa sponsorship is not available.
• A safety‑first mindset, solid airmanship, and a collaborative approach.
