🧭 What you’ll do
- Conduct pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and thorough aircraft inspections.
- Operate and manage aircraft systems, FMS, and avionics in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Execute safe, efficient departures, enroute operations, and arrivals across diverse African airfields.
- Monitor aircraft performance, fuel planning, and weight-and-balance.
- Maintain exemplary airmanship, CRM, and safety culture at all times.
- Complete post-flight documentation and reports accurately and on time.
🧰 What you bring
- License: Valid FAA ATPL.
- Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Experience: Minimum 1,500 total flight hours, including 500 hours turbine time.
- Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher; fluent in English and French.
- Travel: Unrestricted passport and ability to operate across Africa.
- Mindset: Flexible lifestyle and willingness to work a rotational schedule.
- Tech: Basic computer proficiency for planning and reporting.
- Type rating training is provided by IJM for eligible candidates.
