Join the Airborne Data Acquisition (ADA) team and turn precision flying into meaningful results. As a King Air First Officer, you’ll execute short-notice, on-demand aerial survey missions with a crew that prizes safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
✈️ The mission
Deliver safe, reliable King Air operations in support of high-precision aerial surveys. You’ll help transform flight time into actionable data by crew-flying Beechcraft King Air 90/200 aircraft on dynamic missions where preparation, judgment, and coordination truly matter.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Execute professional King Air 90/200 flight operations for ADA missions, adhering to company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
- Support short-notice, on-demand deployments, including thorough preflight planning, performance, weight and balance, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate closely with fellow pilots, sensor operators, and ground teams to meet mission objectives with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous flight, duty, and expense records using company software tools.
- Practice strong CRM, standardization, and clear communication in all phases of flight.
- Assist with pre/post-flight duties and on-the-road aircraft care in collaboration with the team.
- Represent the operation professionally with ATC, FBO partners, and clients.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort learning and using computer programs for timekeeping, recordkeeping, and travel/expense reporting.
- Flexibility for extensive travel and short-notice assignments; comfortable with a ~28/14 schedule.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
🌟 Minimum requirements
- 500 hours total flight time.
- FAA CPL with IR and ME.
- FAA Second-Class Medical.
- NTR welcome — King Air training provided.
- Willing to relocate to Bridgewater, VA.
📍 Where you’ll be and how you’ll work
You’ll be based in Bridgewater, Virginia, with extensive travel to support missions. Expect approximately 28 days on the road at a time followed by 14 days off. This role rewards adaptability, professionalism, and a passion for mission-driven flying.
