Step into the left seat of a proven multi‑engine turboprop. As a King Air Captain, you will lead safe, efficient operations, mentor crew, and deliver exceptional service on every sector. This is a permanent position with structured training—no prior King Air type rating required.

✈️ About the role

Lead King Air operations with professionalism and precision. You will be responsible for flight safety, crew leadership, and on‑time performance while upholding company SOPs and regulatory standards. We provide the type training you need to confidently transition into the King Air cockpit.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command King Air flights in compliance with company SOPs, CARs, and industry best practices.
  • Plan and execute each sector: performance, weight and balance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, alternates, and risk management.
  • Exercise decisive leadership and effective CRM to build a high‑performing flight deck culture.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations; adapt to schedule changes and operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and journey logs; champion safety reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver a professional customer experience and represent the company with integrity.
  • Participate in recurrent training and checking to keep skills sharp and standards high.

🧰 What you bring

  • Total Time: 2,000 hours minimum
  • Multi‑Engine PIC: 500 hours minimum
  • License Required: Valid ATPL issued by TCCA (Accepted Licenses: TCCA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English Proficiency: Meets Transport Canada standard; ICAO ELP Level 4+
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided
  • Security: Able to obtain and maintain a RAIC
  • Travel: Current passport at time of hire; able to travel to the United States without restrictions
  • Education: High school diploma (completed)
  • Availability: Flexible to work all shifts; able to adapt to fluctuations and unforeseen operational changes
  • Core Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills; effective communication and problem‑solving abilities
