🧭 Role overview
As a King Air Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient flights while delivering Skyservice’s signature standard of service. You’ll work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, collaborating closely with crew and ground teams to exceed client expectations and uphold the highest levels of safety and professionalism.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Plan and execute flights to the highest safety standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company SOPs.
- Demonstrate proactive leadership in the cockpit, optimizing CRM, decision-making, and passenger care.
- Deliver a premium client experience through polished communication, discretion, and problem-solving.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations to maintain on-time performance and aircraft readiness.
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and changing conditions with composure and sound judgment.
- Complete accurate flight documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
🌟 What you bring
- Experience: 3000+ hours total time; proven, highly experienced Captain-level proficiency.
- Certificates: FAA CPL, IR, ME; FAA Class 2 medical.
- Customer focus: Professional, service-oriented presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Calm under pressure: Strong situational awareness and decision-making in fast-changing environments.
- Mindset: Innovative, detail-focused, and collaborative—driven to raise the bar every day.
- NTR welcome: No type rating required; full training provided.
🧩 Preferred
- Prior King Air, Cessna, or Learjet experience.
- Corporate/charter operations background with polished client interaction.
