🧭 The mission

Fly multi‑engine turbine King Air B200/B350 aircraft on specialist surveillance sorties, day and night, often under IFR. You’ll work closely with mission teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality outcomes that support critical government and commercial requirements.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Plan and execute MET sorties on King Air B200/B350 across the UK and internationally.
  • Conduct specialist surveillance tasks with precision, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Operate safely by day/night and in instrument conditions; manage threat and error effectively.
  • Brief and debrief missions; ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Coordinate with mission crew, ATC, and customers to achieve task objectives.
  • Uphold rigorous standards of airmanship, compliance, and safety culture.
  • Maintain personal currency and support training, checking, and continuous improvement.

🌟 What you’ll bring (essential)

  • Current UK Class 1 medical.
  • Valid UK CPL (or ATPL) with ME/IR.
  • 1500+ total flying hours.
  • 750 hours PIC.
  • 100 hours IFR.
  • 100 night hours.
  • At least 100 hours on King Air Series aircraft (or equivalent).
  • Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to attend King Air 350 type rating training if not already held (a two‑year training bond applies if type rating training is required).

💡 Desirable

  • Current King Air 350 or 200 type rating (highly desirable).
  • MCC and AUPRT.
  • Relevant experience in a similar setting (military, police, or coastguard).

📍 Location, travel & security

  • Base: Humberside, United Kingdom.
  • Coverage: UK-wide tasks with occasional international deployments and detached duty.
  • Rostering: Includes nights, weekends, and short‑notice call‑outs.
  • Security: Eligibility for UK Security Clearance is required.
