🧭 Your Mission
Lead from the right seat while elevating pilot proficiency and readiness. You’ll deliver aircraft and simulator instruction, standardize procedures, and ensure mission success across training flights, evaluations, and operational support.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Provide KC‑130H/T co‑pilot instruction, mentoring, and evaluation in aircraft and simulator environments.
- Plan and brief missions, execute checklists and procedures, and reinforce best‑in‑class CRM and safety practices.
- Maintain all required medical, flight, and instructor qualifications; support standardization and compliance programs.
- Author and refine training materials, records, and reports with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and training leadership to meet schedules and performance targets.
- Respond on short notice when needed; model professionalism and reliability in a dynamic, high‑tempo setting.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Fully qualified KC‑130H/T T2P co‑pilot who meets applicable experience and flight‑hour prerequisites.
- Successful completion of prescribed instructor training and evaluation requirements.
- Maintains required medical and flight qualifications and is formally designated as an Instructor Pilot by competent authority.
- Licenses (Accepted): FAA CPL with IR and ME.
- Medical: Class 2.
- Active U.S. SECRET security clearance (minimum); able to successfully complete any required government security investigation.
Preferred time: At least 225 hours total military flight time (preferred).
🧩 Additional Requirements
- Occasional travel for meetings, training, and site visits.
- Ability to drive or rent a vehicle for company business; valid driver’s license required for insurance purposes.
- Ability to pass background checks for access to specific working location installation bases to perform work for GMRE (pertains to Technical Services positions).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond on short notice as needed; maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
