🧭 Your mission
- Operate as Junior First Officer (SIC) on the Boeing 737 MAX, delivering safe, efficient flights to schedule.
- Execute thorough pre‑flight planning, briefings, and performance calculations; monitor and manage aircraft systems in all phases of flight.
- Uphold company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and the highest standards of airmanship and CRM.
- Support an on‑time operation while prioritizing safety and compliance at all times.
- Participate in recurrent training, checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- EASA fATPL with valid IR/ME, MCC, and UPRT.
- Class 1 medical.
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Total flight time typically under 500 hours (ideal low‑time entry profile).
- Strong situational awareness, disciplined SOP adherence, and effective communication in a multi‑crew environment.
📋 Additional requirements
- Passport: Valid for unrestricted worldwide travel and at least 6 months beyond your training start date.
- Security & Compliance: Must pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance. This may affect eligibility for candidates without long‑term residence or work rights in the EU.
- Standby Response: Able to report to Schiphol within 60 minutes when on standby duty.
- Roster: Variable roster with no fixed pattern; no commuting contracts offered.
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not provided.
🎓 Training and development
As a Non‑Type Rated joiner, you’ll receive a full Boeing 737 MAX type rating followed by supervised line training and operational checks. Expect structured feedback, a strong safety culture, and continuous professional development tailored to early‑career pilots.
🗺️ Base and lifestyle
Your operational base is Amsterdam/Schiphol (AMS). You’ll fly a varied European network with changing duty patterns. To support operational resilience, you must live within practical reach of AMS to meet the 60‑minute standby requirement.
