As Captain, you will set the tone for safety, professionalism, and customer care on every sector. You will champion high operational standards, make sound commercial decisions, and foster strong crew resource management across the flight deck and wider operation.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Lead the safe, compliant operation of the Jetstream 31/32 from briefing to shutdown.
  • Apply robust CRM and promote a just, safety-first culture.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand with professionalism.
  • Mentor and guide the First Officer; role-model high SOP and airmanship standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with operations, engineering, and ground teams to maintain punctuality and operational resilience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, flight planning, and performance calculations.
  • Exercise sound commercial judgement while safeguarding safety and compliance.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 2,000 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Licence: CPL + IR + ME
  • Accepted licences: EASA, UK CAA
  • Dual licence: UK CAA and EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🧩 Preferred

  • Jetstream 32 type rating (preferred, not essential)
  • Previous turboprop experience
