Jetstream 31/32 Captain — Direct Entry (No Type Rating Required)

✈️ Jetstream 31/32 Captain — Direct Entry

Lead from the left seat on our Jetstream 31/32 fleet. This permanent role is a direct-entry Captain opportunity, open to experienced commanders with strong leadership and above-average flying skills. No current type rating? Training is provided.

🧭 Your mission

  • Exercise safe, efficient command of Jetstream 31/32 operations in all phases of flight.
  • Lead a high-performing crew, fostering a calm, collaborative cockpit culture.
  • Uphold SOPs, regulatory compliance, and company standards at all times.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Ground teams to deliver a punctual, passenger-focused service.
  • Coach and mentor First Officers, modelling professional airmanship and decision-making.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • License: EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5
  • Multi-engine time: 1000 hours
  • Turbine time: 1000 hours
  • Command qualification: Must be qualified as Commander
  • Flight time note: 1000 multi-engine hours on turboprop/turbojet (or equivalent at the discretion of the DFO)

Preferred: A current Jetstream 31/32 type rating is advantageous but not essential.

🧪 Selection and training

  • Selection includes an advanced COMPASS assessment (with CVP) and comprehensive background screening.
  • NTR welcome — a full operator conversion and type training pathway is provided for successful candidates.
  • Ongoing proficiency checks and recurrent training to maintain the highest operational standards.
