✈️ About the role
As a First Officer on the HondaJet HA‑420, you will support the PIC in delivering safe, efficient, and polished operations. You will prepare and execute flights to a high standard, communicate clearly with crew, passengers, and stakeholders, and represent the company with a cultured, service‑minded demeanor.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Assist the PIC in all phases of flight in accordance with company procedures and regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning: weather, NOTAMs, performance, mass & balance, fuel, and routing.
- Execute precise IFR operations and apply robust CRM and threat & error management.
- Maintain exceptional communication, resolve conflicts professionally, and remain composed in dynamic or stressful situations.
- Deliver a refined passenger experience with courteous, clear, and confident communication.
- Support post‑flight duties, accurate documentation, and continuous safety reporting.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Flight Time: 500+ hours total
- License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- Language Proficiency: ICAO English Level 4+ and Czech (ICAO Czech Level 6)
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- Right to Work: Visa sponsorship is not provided

- Clean criminal record.
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts professionally.

- Easy orientation abroad; comfortable operating internationally.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Time flexibility with a proactive, can‑do approach to rosters and changes.
🧑✈️ Training & development
Non‑type rated candidates are welcome. Upon selection, you will receive the required HondaJet HA‑420 training to operate the aircraft in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
