HondaJet HA-420 First Officer (Training Provided)

🧭 The Role

As First Officer, you’ll support the Captain in all phases of flight and uphold the highest standards of airmanship, communication, and passenger care.

• Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance, and weight-and-balance calculations.
• Execute normal and non-normal procedures per SOPs and OEM guidance.
• Demonstrate exemplary CRM, situational awareness, and decision support under pressure.
• Represent the operation with a cultured, professional demeanor and clear spoken language.
• Assist with ground coordination, turnarounds, and irregular operations calmly and efficiently.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total Time: 500 hours
• License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME
• Medical: Class 1
• Type Rating: Not required — HA-420 training provided
• English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Licenses Accepted: EASA

• Education: Secondary/high school
• Background Check: Clean criminal record
• Czech Language: ICAO Level 6
• Excellent communication; able to resolve conflicts and manage stressful situations
• Cultured demeanor with polished spoken language
• Easy orientation abroad; comfortable operating internationally
• High stress resistance, strong organizational skills, and time flexibility
