🧭 Your mission

  • Support the Captain in all phases of flight to ensure safe, compliant operations under EASA AIR‑OPS.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, W&B, and fuel planning.
  • Manage FMS programming, checklist discipline, and precise radio/ATC communication.
  • Deliver a polished passenger experience while safeguarding safety and privacy.
  • Apply CRM and SOP best practices with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Adapt to variable schedules and operational demands while maintaining high standards.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 250 hours
  • In type (HA‑420): 50 hours
  • Type rating: Required (HA‑420 HondaJet)
  • Flight ops experience: Commercial operations in accordance with EASA AIR‑OPS
  • Licences: EASA CPL with IR, MCC, and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Open to licence holders: EASA only
