Step into the right seat of Eclair s.r.o.’s HA‑420 HondaJet and help deliver premium charter experiences across Europe. This is a permanent role based in Prague with full type rating training provided, offering a great pathway for ambitious pilots to grow in a modern light jet environment.

🧭 Your Mission

• Operate commercial charter flights throughout Europe in full compliance with company regulations and operating manuals.
• Work closely with the Captain and operations team to ensure safe, efficient, and passenger‑focused flights.
• Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and post‑flight reporting.
• Uphold the highest standards of airmanship, CRM, and safety culture.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Valid EASA ATPL, or EASA CPL with ATPL theoretical exams passed (fATPL).
• Valid multi‑engine IR (MEP/IR or Type/IR).
• ICAO English Level 4+ and ICAO Czech Level 6.
• Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
• MCC certificate (required for CPL holders).
• Secondary or higher education.
• Clean criminal record.
• Minimum 500 hours total time on aeroplanes.
