HondaJet (HA-420) Captain — Non‑Type Rated, Training Provided

🧭 What you’ll do

• Command the HA‑420 HondaJet with safety‑first decision making and exemplary airmanship.
• Lead a multi‑pilot operation, applying CRM, SOPs, and EASA regulations at all times.
• Plan and execute flights end‑to‑end: performance, fuel, weather, alternates, and dispatch coordination.
• Deliver a polished, passenger‑focused experience and represent the operator with a cultured demeanor.
• Navigate irregular operations calmly, resolving conflicts and maintaining schedule integrity.
• Keep precise operational documentation and ensure continuous compliance.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• License: ATPL (Frozen), with IR, MCC, and ME — EASA.
• Medical: Class 1.
• Language: ICAO English ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Flight time (PIC): 300 hours.
• Flight time (Multi‑pilot): 300 hours.
• Flight time notes: 300 hours as PIC on multi‑pilot aircraft (MPA), or PIC on single‑pilot turboprop.
• Type rating: Not required — TR provided on the HA‑420.

🎓 Training and development

NTR candidates are warmly welcomed. Successful hires will receive an HA‑420 HondaJet type rating and operational training to line standards.
