Join Eclair s.r.o., a Prague-based Czech business-aviation operator, as a Captain on the HA‑420 HondaJet. Fly commercial charter missions across Europe on a permanent contract — with type rating training provided by the employer.
✈️ The Role
As Captain, you will command the HondaJet and deliver safe, efficient, and professional charter operations in line with company procedures and applicable regulations, providing a discreet, client-focused experience across Europe.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct commercial flights in accordance with Eclair s.r.o.’s operating manuals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead flight planning and decision-making, including performance, fuel, weight and balance, weather, and alternates.
- Exercise sound command judgement and effective risk management throughout all phases of flight.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground partners to ensure punctual, seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate aircraft documentation and uphold operational standards during line flying, training, and checking.
- Deliver courteous, professional service to charter clients and stakeholders.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Valid EASA FCL ATPL, or EASA FCL CPL with ATPL theoretical exams passed (frozen ATPL).
- Valid multi-engine instrument rating (MEP/IR or TYPE/IR).
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- ICAO Czech Level 6.
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- MCC certificate (required for CPL holders).
- Secondary or higher education.
- Clean criminal record.
- Minimum experience for Captain: 300 hours as PIC on multi‑pilot aircraft (MPA), or PIC on single‑pilot turboprop aircraft.
