✈️ What you’ll do

• Lead all phases of flight as PIC, ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and judgment.
• Conduct flight operations in full compliance with applicable FAA regulations and company manuals, directives, policies, and procedures.
• Champion a safety‑first culture through strict personal adherence to company safety standards and risk‑management practices.
• Coordinate effectively with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Flight Operations to deliver on‑time, efficient, and passenger‑focused service.
• Maintain currency, proficiency, and accurate records as required by regulation and company policy.

🧭 What you bring

• Flight time: 3,000+ total hours; 1,600+ PIC; 1,600+ multi‑engine; 1,300+ turbine.
• Certificates: Current FAA ATP (restricted or unrestricted) and current FAA First Class Medical.
• Type: Relevant type rating and 150+ hours in type preferred (not required).
• Proximity: Reside within 90 minutes of a major airport.
• Record: No significant accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions within the past five years.
• Demonstrated leadership as PIC with strong decision‑making, CRM, and communication skills.
