🧭 What you’ll do
- Support the Captain/PIC in all phases of flight for Part 135 and Part 91 operations.
- Plan and brief flights: performance, weight and balance, weather, NOTAMs, alternates, and fuel.
- Execute thorough preflight and postflight inspections; set up avionics/FMS and verify navigation data.
- Adhere to checklists, SOPs, and sterile cockpit procedures with strong CRM.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across domestic and international operations per FAA, ICAO, and company policies.
- Communicate professionally with crew, dispatch, maintenance, and clients; represent the company with a well‑groomed, polished presence.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and digital records; manage EFB resources and documentation.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 1,500 hours
- PIC Time: 500 hours
- Licenses/Ratings: FAA CPL, IR, ME
- Medical: Second Class
- Working knowledge of all FAR Part 135 and Part 91 regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and advanced multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with word processing, email, web-based and mobile applications; ability to read and respond to email communications.
- Passionate attention to detail with a collaborative team mindset.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance at all times.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Must successfully pass background check and drug test.
- Must reside within 60 minutes of the airport.
- Type rating not required — training provided.
🌟 Preferred qualifications
- ATP certification.
- Experience in Part 135 or corporate flight operations.
- Strong preference for candidates who have completed initial or recurrent training in the HS‑125/800XP within the preceding 12 months.
