🧭 What you’ll do
- Support the Captain in the safe, efficient operation of the Hawker 800 series in FAR Part 135/91 environments.
- Execute thorough preflight planning, including performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel strategy, and alternates.
- Leverage digital flight planning tools, modern avionics, and web/mobile EFB applications to enhance operational precision.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across FAA, ICAO, and international procedures on assigned routes.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, FBOs, and crew to keep missions on-time and passengers informed.
- Assist with international logistics, including customs/APIS coordination and overwater procedures when applicable.
- Deliver discreet, professional service and uphold a culture of safety, CRM, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain meticulous flight, training, and regulatory documentation.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total Time: 1,500 hours
- PIC Time: 500 hours
- License: FAA CPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 2
- Type Rating: Not required (company training provided)
- Currency: Completed initial or recurrent training on the assigned aircraft type within the preceding 12 months (if already typed)
- Working knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91 operations.
- Thorough understanding of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations relevant to assigned routes.
- Proficiency with digital flight planning tools, avionics systems, and web-based or mobile flight applications.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

🌟 Preferred qualifications
- ATP certificate in hand, with turbine or jet time logged.
- HS-125 type rating and 250 hours in type, with training completed in the last 12 months.
- Prior Part 135 or corporate flight operations experience in a managed fleet environment.
- International operating experience, including ICAO airspace, customs coordination, and overwater procedures.
