🧭 The Opportunity

As a First Officer, you will partner with an experienced Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations on the Hawker 400XP. You will fly diverse missions, hone your jet skills, and grow through structured training and mentorship while representing the team with professionalism on every leg.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Operate the Hawker 400XP in coordination with the Captain, adhering to SOPs, checklists, and company policies.
  • Prepare and review flight plans, performance data, weather, NOTAMs, and weight and balance to ensure safe dispatch.
  • Support high standards of safety, CRM, and risk management throughout all phases of flight.
  • Assist with ground operations, turnarounds, and documentation to keep flights running smoothly.
  • Participate in initial and recurrent training, maintaining required qualifications and currency.
  • Deliver exceptional service and clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

🛡️ Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours
  • PIC Time: 250 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 250 hours
  • License: ATP qualified
  • Accepted Licenses: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)

📌 Additional Requirements

  • Passport: Must hold a valid Passport
  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or higher
  • Location: Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, San Antonio, Texas
  • Shifts: Must be able to work night, day, and overnight shifts as assigned
  • Travel: Required for training events or maintenance assignments

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • Previous medevac and/or cargo flying experience.
