🧭 The Mission

The Pilot in Command (PIC) leads safe, efficient operations of the Hawker 4000 under FAR Part 135, ensuring strict adherence to regulations, company policies, and SOPs. You will own flight preparation and execution end-to-end — from risk management and crew coordination to exceptional passenger service — serving as the final authority for all operational decisions.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Command each mission as PIC under Part 135, maintaining full compliance with all applicable FARs and company procedures.
• Plan and execute flights: weather analysis, performance, fuel, routing, alternates, and weight & balance.
• Lead cockpit and cabin coordination, championing strong CRM and SMS-driven decision-making.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments preflight, inflight, and postflight with timely mitigation actions.
• Deliver a refined customer experience with professional briefings, discretion, and attentive service.
• Collaborate with maintenance, dispatch, and scheduling to ensure aircraft readiness and mission reliability.
• Accurately complete operational documentation, logs, and reports.
• Utilize flight planning and aviation management software with a high degree of proficiency.

• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning, and Safety Management Systems (SMS).

📏 Minimum Flight Experience

• Total Time: 3,000 hours
• PIC: 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
• Jet: 500 hours
• IFR: 250 hours
• Type Rating: Not required (training provided)

✅ Preferred Qualifications

• 250 hours PIC in type (Hawker 4000).
• Previous Part 135 experience.

• License: ATP
• Accepted Licenses: FAA
• Medical: First Class
