🧭 Your Mission

  • Serve as the final authority for all aspects of aircraft operation, decision‑making, and risk management.
  • Plan, brief, and execute each flight in full compliance with all applicable FARs, company manuals, and Part 135 procedures.
  • Lead effective crew coordination, fostering clear communication and a just‑culture safety mindset.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
  • Ensure exceptional passenger care, from a polished cabin experience to proactive, concierge‑level service.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports using flight planning and aviation management software.
  • Continuously assess operational risks and apply mitigation strategies in dynamic environments.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi‑Engine: 1,500 hours
  • Multi‑Engine PIC: 500 hours
  • Jet: 500 hours
  • Instrument (IFR) Time: 250 hours
  • Certificates: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
