🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command on global missions, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger care.
  • Plan and execute international operations across multiple regions in Gulfstream aircraft, coordinating with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handlers.
  • Lead flight crews using strong CRM and decision-making; mentor and develop fellow crewmembers.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, and route analysis for oceanic and long-range flights.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company SMS, SOPs, and applicable regulations (FAA/ICAO).
  • Represent the flight department with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional client service.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • Jet Time: 1,000 hours
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
  • Additional: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit; valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Availability: Ability to report to the Bay Area within 48 hours of assignments
  • Accepted Licenses: FAA
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

The role includes international operations on Gulfstream GV and GVI platforms (G550/G650).
