🧰 What you will do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command on the G‑V for domestic and international missions, ensuring uncompromising safety and compliance.
  • Plan and execute flights in accordance with company SOPs and FAA/ICAO regulations, including oceanic and international procedures.
  • Lead flight planning, performance, fuel, and weather analysis; coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handlers worldwide.
  • Model strong Crew Resource Management and a just culture; mentor crewmembers and contribute to a robust safety management mindset.
  • Deliver a discreet, white-glove passenger experience, adapting to dynamic schedules and global time zones.
  • Maintain currency and training standards; support recurrent and type training as assigned.
  • Remain mission-ready and able to report to the Bay Area within 48 hours of assignment notification.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,000+ hours
  • Jet Time: 1,000+ hours
  • International Operations: Experience in G‑V or GVI (G550/G650)
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required (Training provided)
  • Additional: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit; valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to report to the Bay Area within 48 hours of assignments

🌟 Preferred profile

  • 3+ years as Pilot in Command supporting a large, global, multi‑disciplined company; or relevant leadership experience in the military.
  • Proven record operating on international routes with varying regulatory and operational environments.
  • Strong interpersonal presence and service mindset suited to executive travel.

🧭 Additional notes

  • Permanent employment; no visa sponsorship available.
  • NTR: A G‑V type rating is not required; successful candidates will receive training.
