🧭 The Mission

As Captain, you will command safe, efficient, and polished operations across domestic and international routes, including overwater and long‑haul sectors. You will set the tone for safety, service, and professionalism—every flight, every time.

  • Serve as PIC on GIV‑series aircraft for worldwide operations.
  • Plan and execute complex trips, including oceanic procedures, international clearances, and long‑range performance considerations.
  • Deliver prestigious guest service with absolute discretion and confidentiality for high‑profile passengers.
  • Uphold the highest safety standards through rigorous preflight planning, risk management, and SOP adherence.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with flight ops, maintenance, and cabin teams to ensure an exceptional passenger experience.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 4,000 hours
  • Multi‑Engine PIC: 1,000 hours
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Overwater/International: Prior long‑haul, overwater, international mission experience

  • Demonstrated experience delivering prestigious levels of guest service for high‑profile clients; unwavering discretion and confidentiality.
  • FCC Permit: Required
  • Passport: Valid and current
  • International Eligibility: Able to fly to/enter all destinations without restrictions
  • Covid‑19 Vaccination: Required where permitted by applicable law
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

📍 Residency & Base

Must reside in, or within two hours of SNA, VNY, BUR, LAX, ONT, LGB, SAN, OAK, SFO, SJC, PDX, SEA, PHX, ABQ, LAS, RNO, DEN, DAL, DFW, AUS, DSM, IAH, HOU, PBI, FLL, MIA, TPA, MCO, ORD, PWK, ATL, GSO, CLT, TEB, LGA, EWR, JFK, or BOS. Candidates based in LAS are highly preferred.
