✈️ The Mission

Lead safe, smooth, and punctual operations across domestic and international routes while delivering a refined, confidential passenger experience worthy of distinguished clientele.

  • Serve as PIC on GIV‑series aircraft for global itineraries, including extended overwater segments.
  • Execute meticulous flight planning, performance, fuel, weather, and alternate strategies in diverse environments.
  • Ensure a white‑glove cabin experience and maintain the highest levels of discretion at all times.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and cabin crew to optimize readiness and reliability.
  • Adhere to company SOPs and SMS; maintain currency, training, and regulatory compliance.

🧭 Where You’ll Be Based

You must reside in, or within two hours of, one of the following airport areas. Preference: Candidates living in LAS are highly preferred.

  • SNA, VNY, BUR, LAX, ONT, LGB, SAN, OAK, SFO, SJC
  • PDX, SEA, PHX, ABQ, LAS, RNO, DEN
  • DAL, DFW, AUS, DSM, IAH, HOU
  • PBI, FLL, MIA, TPA, MCO
  • ORD, PWK, ATL, GSO, CLT
  • TEB, LGA, EWR, JFK, BOS

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 4,000 hours
  • Multi‑Engine PIC: 1,000 hours
  • International/Overwater: Prior long‑haul, overwater, international mission experience
  • License: FAA ATP
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Documents: Valid, unexpired passport; FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Travel Eligibility: Able to fly internationally without restrictions
  • Client Service: Proven, prestigious service for high‑profile clients; utmost discretion and confidentiality
