  • Command flights under FAR Part 135 with an unwavering focus on safety and compliance.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with SIC, dispatch, and maintenance to ensure operational excellence.
  • Practice effective rest and fatigue management to ensure readiness for flight duty.
  • Handle and care for animals before, during, and after flights in accordance with company procedures.
  • Uphold strict integrity, confidentiality, and security standards throughout all operations.

🧰 Qualifications & Minimums

  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: First Class
  • Type Rating: Gulfstream GIV/G350/G400/G450 (required)
  • Total time: 5,000 hours
  • PIC time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC in type: 1,000 hours
  • Multi-engine: 2,000 hours
  • Jet: 1,500 hours

🧭 Additional Requirements

  • FCC Permit: Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Documents: Valid passport and driver’s license
  • Security: Ability to pass TSA background checks and obtain a SIDA badge when applicable
  • Readiness: Capable of managing sleep effectively to ensure flight-duty readiness
  • Service: Strong customer focus, professional presentation, and excellent first-impression skills
  • Animal care: Competent working with animals before, during, and after flights
  • Standards: Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and confidentiality

  • Prior Part 135 experience
  • International operations, including transatlantic and transpacific
