✈️ The Opportunity

As a SkyShare Captain, you’ll lead Gulfstream GIV-series operations (G350/G400/G450) with a steadfast commitment to safety, compliance, and client care. You’ll fly a mix of domestic and international missions, bringing confidence, professionalism, and calm decision-making to every phase of flight.

🧭 Where You’ll Operate

  • Salt Lake City–based Part 135 flight department with nationwide coverage.
  • International operations, including transatlantic and transpacific missions.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command on Gulfstream GIV-series aircraft (G350/G400/G450).
  • Lead safe, compliant operations under Part 135, upholding company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and execute IFR flights, including performance planning, weight and balance, and fuel strategy.
  • Deliver a refined, client-first experience from briefing to baggage, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground services to ensure on-time, mission-ready aircraft.
  • Practice strong CRM and threat/error management; maintain meticulous flight, duty, and aircraft records.
  • Stay current through recurrent training and check rides; model a safety-first culture.

🌟 What You Bring

Flight Experience (minimums):

  • Total time: 5,000 hours
  • PIC time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC in Type: 1,000 hours
  • Multi-engine: 2,000 hours
  • Jet: 1,500 hours

Currency and operational experience:

  • Current and qualified in the GV series.
  • 1,000 PIC hours in the G450/550 and/or GV.
  • Current IFR knowledge and experience.
  • Prior Part 135 experience.
  • International experience, including transatlantic and transpacific operations.

Certificates and clearances:

  • ATP certificate (FAA accepted).
  • Valid Class 1 medical.
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • Valid passport and driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass TSA background checks and obtain a SIDA badge when applicable.

Type rating: Required on the GV-series.
