🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as First Officer on Gulfstream GIV/G350/G400/G450 missions under Part 135, ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and passenger care.
- Execute comprehensive flight planning, performance calculations, and weight & balance in coordination with the Captain and dispatch.
- Adhere to company SOPs, GOM, and regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, ICAO).
- Demonstrate strong CRM, checklist discipline, and threat & error management in all phases of flight.
- Uphold a first‑class service ethos—interacting with travelers and brokers with discretion, poise, and clear communication.
- Operate effectively in diverse environments and schedules, including red‑eye operations and extreme temperatures.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 1,500 hours
- Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC): 500 hours
- In‑Type (GIV/G350/G400/G450): 50 hours
- Multi‑Engine: 500 hours
- Turbine: 200 hours
- Instrument: 75 hours total instrument time
- Type Rating: Required for Gulfstream GIV/G350/G400/G450
- License: ATP (Accepted: FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Experience in Part 91/135 operations
- International experience: Atlantic, Pacific, Mideast, Europe, and/or Africa

- Valid passport and ability to maintain unrestricted travel to/from Canada.
- Compliant with ICAO Annex I, Paragraph 2.1.10 for multi‑pilot international commercial air transport operations.
- Meets applicable U.S., EASA, and ICAO regulations.
- Yellow Fever vaccination.
- COVID‑19 vaccination where permitted by applicable law.
- Proficient with modern tech and software (Internet, email, iPads, Excel, EFBs).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to perform service operations outdoors, including in extreme temperatures.
- Comfortable managing rest to perform red‑eye flights.
- Ability to perform medium to heavy lifting and sit for extended periods.
