🧭 Your mission

• Take command of all assigned flights, exercising sound judgment and ensuring strict adherence to federal, local, and company regulations with uncompromising safety standards.
• Maintain expert, up-to-date knowledge of all G550 systems; plan, brief, and execute flights with precision while adapting to changing conditions for a seamless client experience.
• Lead and mentor a professional crew; manage performance, fuel, weather, alternates, and contingencies to deliver smooth, on-time operations.
• Perform the functions of TSA In-Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under the applicable Twelve Five Standard Security Program or private charter standard security program.
• Conduct required passenger safety briefings or delegate to the Second in Command; uphold a secure cabin and flight deck at all times.
• Encourage open communication on safety; identify and report hazards; record and report aircraft discrepancies as they occur.
• Oversee trip documentation; maintain aircraft manuals; complete accurate trip paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
• Serve as the face of Jet Aviation, demonstrating polish, discretion, and a client-first mindset throughout every mission.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Certificates & Medical: ATP (unrestricted) and FAA First Class Medical.
• Flight Experience (minimums): 3,500 hours total fixed-wing, including 1,500 hours PIC, 1,500 multi-engine, 500 turbo-jet, 500 turbine, 100 night, and 75 simulated instrument.
• Schedule & Travel: Ability to work a variable schedule aligned to trip profiles; willing and able to travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.
• Education & Records: High school diploma (required); valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional strengths: Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, collaboration, organization, and communication; deep industry understanding; pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Character & Approach: Quality-driven commitment to excellence, integrity, and discretion; proactive, resourceful problem-solver.
• Preferred: College degree; appropriate aircraft type rating and currency.

🌍 Operating environment & physical demands

You’ll operate in diverse settings—from heavy maintenance areas and upscale customer spaces to aircraft arrival and departure environments—with occasional exposure to noise, vibration, fuel fumes, changing weather, and seasonal hangar temperature extremes.
