✈️ The Opportunity

As G280 Captain, you’ll be the face of safe, efficient, and discreet private aviation. You will command the aircraft from preflight through postflight, set the tone for professional crew coordination, and deliver an exceptional experience for discerning passengers.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Command all flight phases, ensuring the highest safety, regulatory compliance, and operational standards.
• Lead flight planning, performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, and risk assessment for each mission.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and exemplary decision-making in dynamic, time-sensitive environments.
• Foster excellent Crew Resource Management (CRM) and mentor fellow crew members.
• Deliver professional, discreet passenger care and concierge-level service.
• Oversee preflight, postflight, and aircraft status coordination in partnership with maintenance.
• Maintain currency, training, and documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Valid CPL (required).
• Strong instrument proficiency and systems knowledge; G280 time or experience on similar super-midsize jets is a plus.
• Proven leadership as Pilot-in-Command with a safety-first mindset and impeccable airmanship.
• Exceptional communication, professionalism, and passenger-service orientation.
• Ability to be based in or reliably commute to Houston, TX; willingness to travel as missions require.
• Current passport and the ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions.
