✈️ Gulfstream G200 Second-in-Command (SIC)
Precision Aircraft Management is hiring a full-time, safety-focused SIC to support Gulfstream G200 charter operations out of Denver Centennial Airport (APA) in Englewood, Colorado. Partner with an experienced PIC to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-centric flights under FAA Part 135 while building valuable charter experience within a private aviation management and charter organization.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Support the PIC in the safe, efficient operation of the G200 from preflight through post-flight.
- Lead thorough preflight planning: review weather, NOTAMs, aircraft performance data, weight and balance, and fuel planning.
- Conduct detailed preflight inspections and confirm aircraft readiness and documentation.
- Monitor aircraft systems and performance in flight; maintain strong situational awareness and effective cockpit communication.
- Assist with navigation, radio communications, and adherence to SOPs.
- Comply with all FAA Part 135 regulations, company procedures, and safety protocols.
- Complete post-flight documentation, debriefs, and discrepancy reporting as required.
- Maintain currency: licenses, medicals, required training, check rides, and recurrent evaluations per company, ICAO (where applicable), and FAA requirements.
- Champion a culture of safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Certificate: FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate (CPL) with Instrument Rating.
- Medical: Current Second-Class Medical (First-Class preferred).
- Minimum flight time: 1,500 hours total time; 500 hours multi-engine; 200 hours PIC.
- Knowledge: Strong grasp of aeronautical decision-making (ADM), crew resource management (CRM), and FAA regulations.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Compliance: Ability to pass background check, company training, and pre-employment drug screening under the DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program (14 CFR Part 120; 49 CFR Part 40).
- Preferred: Previous Part 135 experience, G200 type rating, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
