  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type-Rated: Required (Gulfstream V series and/or Gulfstream VII)
  • Aircraft: Gulfstream V series (GV, G550, G450) and/or Gulfstream VII (G600, G500)
  • Eligibility: Open to FAA license holders

🧭 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours minimum
  • PIC: 2,000 hours
  • Jet Time: 1,000 hours
  • Type Rating: Current and valid on Gulfstream V series (GV, G550, G450) and/or Gulfstream VII (G600, G500)
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Currency: Successful completion of flight, ground, and simulator training within the last 12 months
  • Regulatory: Meets current CFR Part 61 land, instrument, and PIC currency requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience; 5+ years of aviation experience overall

  • Serve as Pilot in Command, ensuring uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance from preflight to shutdown.
  • Lead comprehensive flight planning, including performance calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance, weather, and NOTAM review.
  • Execute precise departures, en route, oceanic, and arrivals while adhering to company SOPs and best practices.
  • Champion risk management and safety reporting; actively support the safety culture and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with flight crew, maintenance, scheduling, and ground handlers to deliver on-time, polished operations.
  • Mentor and develop SICs, fostering high professional standards and crew resource management.
  • Provide exceptional passenger care, privacy, and discretion throughout every phase of flight.
  • Maintain meticulous records, logbooks, and documentation to sustain currency and audit readiness.

  • Proven mastery operating Gulfstream V series and/or VII aircraft as a type-rated Captain.
  • Sound judgment, calm decision-making, and exceptional airmanship in dynamic environments.
  • Strong CRM, communication, and leadership skills with a detail-first mindset.
  • Commitment to training excellence and maintaining currency to the highest standard.
  • Familiarity with Gulfstream avionics suites (e.g., PlaneView or Symmetry) is a plus.
