🧭 The Mission
As Captain, you will command Gulfstream missions with uncompromising safety, precision, and poise. You’ll lead the crew, set the standard for procedural discipline, and deliver a smooth, service-focused experience for every passenger, every leg.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Exercise PIC authority, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence on every flight.
- Plan and execute flights: weather and NOTAM review, performance calculations, fuel strategy, weight and balance, and risk assessment.
- Lead and mentor flight crew; model effective CRM and clear, professional communication.
- Uphold company SOPs, checklists, and best practices; champion a just culture and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with dispatch/flight support and maintenance to optimize aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
- Deliver a refined cabin experience; adapt to dynamic requests while maintaining safety margins.
- Maintain currency, training, and meticulous records; complete recurrent events and check rides as scheduled.
🌟 What You Bring
- Licensing & Medical: ATP with FAA credentials and a valid Class 1 medical.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a professional pilot.
- Hours: 1,500 hours total time or 1,000 hours PIC in turbine-powered aircraft.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Type Rating: Not required — full Gulfstream type training provided; current Gulfstream type rating preferred.
- Core Skills: Exemplary airmanship, strong judgement, disciplined CRM, and polished customer service.
