🧭 The Role

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient operations across multiple Gulfstream models, ensuring exceptional standards in flight planning, crew coordination, and passenger experience. You’ll exercise sound judgment, model exemplary airmanship, and represent the flight department with professionalism on every mission.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command, ensuring the highest levels of safety and compliance.
  • Conduct thorough flight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM review, and risk assessments.
  • Lead and mentor crew members, fostering strong CRM and clear communication.
  • Deliver a refined passenger experience with discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee aircraft status, documentation, and coordination with maintenance and scheduling.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency through training and standardization programs.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the role.
  • License: ATP (FAA).
  • Medical: First-Class (FAA Class 1).
  • Experience: 5 years as a professional pilot in the aviation industry.
  • Flight Time: 1500 hours total flight time, or 1000 hours PIC in turbine-powered aircraft.
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided). Gulfstream type rating preferred.

Non-Type Rated candidates are encouraged to apply—structured training will be provided to meet operational standards.
