✈️ The Opportunity

As a Gulfstream Captain at Crown, you’ll lead safe, efficient flights across a variety of Gulfstream aircraft, delivering exceptional service and decision-making from preflight planning through postflight review. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, on-call environment, mentor crewmembers, and represent Crown with professionalism on every mission—domestic and international.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Exercise full PIC authority to ensure safe, compliant operations across multiple Gulfstream types.
  • Lead all phases of flight: planning, performance, fuel, weather, international procedures, and postflight debrief.
  • Model exceptional airmanship, CRM, and passenger care while upholding company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and leadership to optimize schedules and aircraft readiness.
  • Use sound judgment in dynamic, on-call operations with extended duty periods when required.
  • Maintain meticulous records and leverage modern flight and communication tools.

🌟 What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least 5 years of related aviation experience.
  • Proven managerial, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
  • Comfort operating on an on-call basis and meeting extended duty demands.
  • Professional presence, strong CRM, and a safety-first mindset.

🧰 Minimum Flight & Certification Requirements

  • Total Time: 2,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 1,000 hours
  • License Required: ATP
  • Accepted Licenses: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)

Preferred: 1,000 hours in Gulfstream aircraft and international flying experience.

🧭 Schedule & Travel

  • On-call operational tempo with extended duty periods as missions require.
  • Extensive travel with over 20% overnight stays, including potential international operations.

  • Crown will only employ those legally authorized to work in the United States.
