Join TAG Aviation UK Ltd as a First Officer on our Global Express fleet. You will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and polished operations across a truly dynamic 24/7 flight program. Non–type-rated pilots are encouraged to apply; type training is provided for successful candidates.
✈️ Role overview
As First Officer, you will work in close partnership with the Captain to ensure safe, compliant, and passenger-focused flights. From meticulous pre-flight preparation to disciplined line operations and post-flight duties, you will help deliver the TAG Aviation standard on every sector.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Plan and execute flights with the Captain, including performance, W&B, fuel, and route planning.
- Set up and manage avionics/FMS, conduct checklists, and maintain rigorous SOP adherence.
- Monitor flight path, systems, and weather; manage threats and errors with strong CRM.
- Communicate effectively with ATC, ground teams, and stakeholders as delegated.
- Ensure impeccable safety, security, and cabin standards with discretion and professionalism.
- Complete technical logs and post-flight documentation accurately and on time.
- Support continuous improvement through training, currency, and safety reporting.
🧰 What you’ll need
- Total time: 1,500 hours minimum
- License Required: CPL, IR, ME
- Accepted Licenses: FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Type rating: Not required; current Global Express type rating preferred
- Work eligibility: Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Calm, decisive performance under pressure and commitment to a 24/7 roster, including weekends/holidays.
