Deliver safe, efficient, and discreet Global Express operations while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, CRM/TEM, and SOP compliance across every phase of flight.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Maintain outstanding flying proficiency, safety, and situational awareness on all missions.
• Apply CRM and TEM consistently; exercise sound airmanship and decision-making.
• Adhere strictly to the Operations Manual, SOPs, procedures, and checklists.
• Collaborate effectively with flight crew, ground personnel, and operational teams to ensure punctual, seamless flights.
• Remain current with applicable regulations, standards, and recognized aviation best practices.
• Provide required documentation promptly when requested by the competent authority; submit relevant documentation via NP Flight Operations for forwarding as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with absolute discretion in all client interactions.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development in line with company standards.

🧰 What You Bring

• EASA Frozen ATPL or higher and a minimum of 1,500 hours total time.
• BD700 type rating advantageous; 500+ hours on Global or a comparable aircraft type is a plus.
• Good knowledge of business aviation operations and strong administrative skills.
• Proven customer service mindset with excellent communication and teamwork.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Right to work in Switzerland or the European Union.
• Willingness to complete a full pre-employment assessment in accordance with current EASA requirements.
