Lead long-range missions on the Bombardier Global Express, delivering safe, polished, and passenger-first experiences across the globe. This is a permanent opportunity with type rating training provided for qualified captains.
🧭 Your Mission
As Captain, you will command Global Express operations worldwide, upholding the highest standards of safety, airmanship, and service. You’ll partner closely with your crew, dispatch, and maintenance to deliver seamless journeys for discerning passengers on complex, long-range itineraries.
- Exercise PIC authority, ensuring uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance, and sound decision-making.
- Own all phases of flight: performance and W&B, fuel strategy, weather/NOTAMs, routing, alternates, and international procedures.
- Champion professional CRM and SOPs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Deliver a discreet, passenger-first experience from preflight through arrival, adapting to dynamic schedules and destinations.
- Coordinate with maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness and accurate log/deferral management.
- Maintain currency and proficiency through recurrent training and checking.
🧰 Minimum Flight Credentials
- Total Time: 3,500+ hours
- PIC Time: 1,500+ hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,500+ hours
- Turbine: 500+ hours
- Jet: 500+ hours
- Night: 100+ hours
- Instrument: 75+ hours (actual or simulated)
Type rating on Global Express is not required; full training will be provided to successful candidates.
🌟 Preferred
- Current and appropriate aircraft type rating with recent currency on Global Express or comparable long-range business jet.
📜 Qualifications & Requirements
- License: ATP — FAA accepted
- Medical: First Class
- Education: High school diploma required
- Driving: Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Travel: Able to travel internationally without restrictions; valid passport and visa eligibility as required
- Schedule: Willing and able to work a variable schedule aligned to mission needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong CRM, checklist discipline, and professional communication skills
- High level of discretion and service mindset appropriate for VIP/charter operations
