✈️ The Opportunity

As Lead Captain, you will serve as PIC on all assigned Global 8000 missions while guiding a high-performing crew. You’ll set the tone for safety, service, and professionalism—coordinating schedules and training, mentoring team members, and representing Jet Aviation with poise and integrity.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Ensure safe, efficient operation of every flight from planning to post-flight, including inspections, flight plan filing, and analysis of weather and route conditions
• Serve as Pilot in Command on the Global 8000, maintaining complete working knowledge of aircraft systems and procedures
• Champion a robust safety culture, lead passenger briefings, and collaborate with maintenance to resolve discrepancies
• Mentor and develop crew members; conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback
• Coordinate crew schedules and training to maintain readiness and compliance
• Manage trip documentation, aircraft manuals, and records to the highest standard
• Assist in crew hiring and selection; represent Jet Aviation professionally in all interactions

🧰 What You Bring

• Certificates: ATP (Unrestricted) and FAA First Class Medical
• Total Experience: 5+ years aviation experience and 3,500+ hours total fixed-wing time
• PIC: 1,500+ hours
• Multi-Engine:1,500+ hours
• Turbojet: 500+ hours
• Turbine: 500+ hours
• Night: 100+ hours
• Simulated Instrument: 75+ hours
• Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Driving: Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Flexibility: Ability to work a variable schedule and travel worldwide with no restrictions
