✈️ The Opportunity

Take full command of the Global 7500 and own every phase of flight—from precise aircraft operation and flight-planning to crew leadership, documentation, and client service. This role blends technical mastery with impeccable professionalism, discretion, and brand representation on a global stage.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Command all assigned flights and make critical decisions ensuring safe operations and compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
  • Maintain expert working knowledge of Global 7500 systems; operate the aircraft with precision; manage flight plans; and adapt to changing conditions for a seamless travel experience.
  • Perform TSA Flight Security Coordinator duties under the applicable TFSSP or PCSSP.
  • Conduct required passenger safety briefings or delegate them to the SIC.
  • Promote open communication on safety, report hazards, support a secure operating environment, and record/report aircraft discrepancies as they occur.
  • Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
  • Represent Jet Aviation as a discreet, professional brand ambassador on domestic and global missions.

🧰 What You Bring

  • Certificates & Medical: ATP (Unrestricted or Restricted) and current FAA First Class Medical.
  • Total Time: 3,500 hours fixed-wing; 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command; 1,500 hours multi-engine.
  • Jet/Turbine: 500 hours turbojet; 500 hours turbine.
  • Additional Time: 100 hours night; 75 hours simulated instrument.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule aligned with flight missions and to travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strengths that stand out: interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; attention to detail; collaboration; aviation-industry knowledge; pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor; quality focus; integrity; discretion; and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
