🧭 Role overview
As the PIC, you hold final authority for the safe, compliant and efficient conduct of every flight. You’ll lead planning and execution end to end, mentor crewmates, and deliver a refined experience to owners and passengers.
✈️ What you’ll do
- Assume final responsibility for safe, compliant operation on every leg.
- Conduct and verify flight planning, performance calculations and weight-and-balance.
- Lead crew briefings; ensure adherence to SOPs and standardization.
- Oversee security coordination and risk assessment/mitigation.
- Manage preflight, in-flight and postflight activities to the highest standard.
- Communicate clearly with passengers and deliver attentive, discreet service.
- Model professionalism and support a high-trust, safety-first culture.
🧰 What you bring
- Time minimums: 3,500 total hours; 2,000 PIC; 1,500 Multi-Engine Land; 500 PIC MEL; 500 jet; 300 instrument.
- Type rating: FAA: Applicable type rating for the Global 5000 fleet.
- Prior experience in corporate/business aviation preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, CRM, and decision-making under 14 CFR Part 135.
- Meticulous planning discipline and a polished, customer-centric demeanor.
