Step onto the flight deck of the Pilatus PC‑24 and bring your multicrew expertise to a premium operation. We are seeking an EASA-licensed First Officer to join a permanent roster, flying the world’s only Super Versatile Jet. Type rating is not required—training is provided for the right candidate.
✈️ About the role
As a PC‑24 First Officer, you will operate in a professional two‑crew environment, partnering with experienced Captains to deliver safe, efficient and polished private jet operations. You will support all phases of flight—from meticulous planning and performance to smooth, customer‑focused execution—on missions that may include destinations requiring US and Russian crew visas.
🧭 What you will do
- Execute SOPs, checklists and briefings with disciplined CRM and situational awareness.
- Contribute to flight planning, performance calculations and FMS setup for the PC‑24.
- Maintain the highest safety, compliance and airmanship standards across all operations.
- Deliver a refined passenger experience while safeguarding confidentiality and discretion.
- Assist with pre‑/post‑flight duties, documentation and accurate tech log entries.
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and changing weather/airspace with calm, proactive decision‑making.
🧰 What you will bring
- Licensing: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR, MCC, ME and UPRT certifications.
- Medical & Language: EASA Class 1 Medical; ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Experience: Minimum 1,500 total hours with proven commercial multicrew time.
- Location: Already living—or committed to relocate—within a 60‑minute commute of Lugano prior to contract signing.
- Travel readiness: Able to obtain and hold US and Russian crew visas with no restrictions.
- Mindset: Meticulous, calm under pressure, strong CRM, and a client‑first approach.
- Advantage: Class Rated candidates will be assessed in priority (PC‑24 type‑rated pilots especially encouraged to apply).
🌟 Training and development
Type rating is not required; comprehensive training is provided for selected candidates. You will undergo type‑specific ground school, simulator training and line training under supervision, with ongoing recurrent training to keep you sharp and current on the PC‑24.
📍 Eligibility and important notes
- Only EASA‑licensed pilots can be considered for this role.
- Visa sponsorship is not available; you must have the right to live where required and meet travel/visa conditions independently.
- Residence within 1 hour of Lugano is mandatory and must be effective before the contract is signed.
